•A. Account Management – manage all e-commerce wholesale accounts to drive qualitative and quantitative sales.
•B. Strategy - Create and propose the e-wholesale strategy to the local office as well as to Headquarters
•C. Monitor – Monitor the Internet for potential authorized and unauthorized e-wholesalers, while reporting unauthorized dealers to relevant parties to take necessary action.
•D. Support – Work with our e-commerce wholesale partners directly to ensure they have the support they need to operate on a level that conforms to Luxottica guidelines (i.e. product images, layout)
•E. Reporting - Proactively communicate weekly, monthly and seasonal e-commerce wholesale partner status locally as well as to the Headquarters
•F. Operations – In-charge of parallel import control project in Japan, manage operations for major E-wholesale account (SAP activities)
Job scope, Main Responsibilities and related activities
The position oversees e-commerce wholesale activities for the Luxottica brands, including Ray-Ban, Oakley, and other possible brands. The person will be responsible for managing the company’s e-commerce wholesale partners. The expectation for this position is to manage the company’s e-commerce wholesale accounts to maintain qualitative & quantitative sales, while ensuring they are aligned with the global and local e-wholesale guidelines for the respective brands. Success in this position will largely depend on account management, monitoring, and communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
