応募資格 -Must enjoy being around and working with children and have a good attitude when working with staff, children, and parents/guardians.
-Must have 10 years experience in a similar field.
-Must have experience with curriculum development.
-Certificates or degrees related to English language or Early-years education.
-Have an understanding of Japanese business norms and practices and be willing to work within them.
-Hold, or be able to qualify for, the proper Japanese status of residency.
求める人材

-Have an understanding of Japanese business norms and practices and be willing to work within them.
-Prepares materials, classrooms, and other indoor and outdoor spaces to facilitate creative play, learning and motor-skill activities, and safety. Creates and maintains a clean, interactive classroom environment, including planning and arranging stations that present learning challenges and curriculum-related activities.
-Cooperate and communicate with hoikushi (school nurse), and involve them with the school curriculum and the expectations. Verify the plans on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
-Ensure that children are always engaged in safe, healthy, carefully planned, high-quality educational activities in an environment that is stimulating, child-centered, and designed to promote enjoyment and excitement in learning.
-Making arrangements for parents/careers to be given regular information about the school curriculum, the progress of their children, and other matters affecting the school, so as to promote a common understanding of its aims.
