基本情報

仕事で必要な言語	ドイツ語英語ネイティブレベルのドイツ語、ビジネスレベルの英語、N2レベル以上の日本語が必須となります
必要な日本語レベル	上級レベル（ビジネス） N2以上の日本語能力必要です JLPT N2 or higher

給与	月給23万円〜23万円・月給23万円（経験・能力・年齢を参照の上決定いたします）・賞与年2回（6月、12月支給）・￥230,000+ per month （Based on previous experience and ability）・Bonus twice a year (June and December)
仕事内容	◆Duties Include ・Responding to customer inquiries ・Coordinating with various teams to answer customer questions and solve customer problems ・Supervising part time operators ・Other related tasks（Translation, etc.） ◆Example Day at Work 9~10 Morning routine: Get coffee, say hi to everyone, check your messages from the day before. 10~12 Catch up: Handle outstanding tickets that came in over night 12~13 Lunch Break 13~14 Squad up: Help out other departments with minor tasks and translations 15~17 Chat Support: Handle customer questions and concerns 17~18 Wrap up: Chat with your overseas operators and answer any questions before going home for the day. 年々、登録ユーザ数も増え、2020年には出荷数と売上の新記録を達成しました。成長し続ける会社と増加しているお客様をしっかりとサポートしてください！【仕事内容】 ◆ドイツ語の顧客問い合わせ対応 ◆クレーム対応時に他チームとの協力や報告 ◆在宅オペレーター（アルバイト）の管理 ◆その他関連業務（翻訳など）
勤務地	大阪府大阪市
アクセス	大阪メトロ　本町駅　　徒歩４分大阪メトロ　心斎橋駅　徒歩9分
勤務時間	9：15〜18：15 Two days off per week
休日・休暇	・週休二日制・年末年始休暇・有給休暇制度（初年から22日間実装） Two days off per week. Year end and new years holidays 22 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)
応募資格	◆Must Have Skills ・Business Level Japanese（JLPT N2 or higher）・Business Level English (TOEIC 800 or above) ・Native Level German ◆Preferred Skills ・Experience working in small to medium sized companies ・Experience working in e-commerce companies or working as customer support ・Basic knowledge of HTML ・Other language skills
