仕事内容	【Position Responsibilities】【具体的な内容】・クライアント先への営業、打ち合わせ対応等・YouTubeなどの動画メディアの翻訳作業［日⇋英語］・ゲームメディアの運営・Google AnalyticsやSearch Consoleなどを使用したメディアの分析と改善・チームメンバーのマネジメント、進捗管理 ♦海外マーケットへの挑戦ができる日本のマーケットでは市場が限られますが、世界（北米圏）の可能性はまだまだ大きく、その市場をとりにいく挑戦、経験が得られます。・Sales meetings with clients. ・Translation work for YouTube and other video media. ・Analysis and improvement of media using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. ・Management of team members and progress management. ♦Challenge the overseas market. Although the market in Japan is limited, the overseas market still has a lot of potential. Gain experience of taking on a larger, more challenging market. 【Current Work Conditions】 Due to the announcement of the state of emergency, we have established working remotely. Currently, as a general rule, all members come to the office once per week, but work remotely during the rest of the work week. Coming in once a week allows us to do things which can only be done in person, such as: better establish trust between members, have more detailed and complicated discussions, develop new services, and advance our projects more smoothly. ※This decision is based on the current circumstances. If circumstances change, the company will remain flexible.
