•Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or restaurant.
•Maintain food & beverage sales/marketing programs
•Responsible for interviewing, training and scheduling
•Responsible for payroll, reports, inventory
•Strong knowledge and skill for Italian Cuisine is required.
•Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
•Maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation.
•Maintain communications with other areas of the hotel.
•Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures.
•Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction.
•Business level in spoken and written English and Japanese is essential
